The free plan allows you to create one business listing per month. You must manually renew this listing each month to keep it active.
4.2 Paid Plans
We offer two paid subscription plans:
– Starter Package: 4 regular listings and 1 featured spot per month.
– Business Plan: 15 regular listings and 5 featured spots per month.
All subscription fees are non-refundable. Subscription plans will automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
5. User Conduct
5.1 Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
– Posting false, misleading, or deceptive content.
– Harassing, threatening, or defaming other users.
– Uploading or sharing content that is obscene, harmful, or otherwise objectionable.
– Violating any local, state, or federal laws or regulations.
5.2 Content Ownership
You retain ownership of the content you post on our Website. However, by posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, display, distribute, and reproduce the content in connection with our services.
